Certificates are completely automated on our platform. The moment you finish all required modules and milestones in a course track, our backend system instantly generates a verified PDF certificate. This certificate contains the authentic digital signature and logo of your specific Content Provider, ready for you to download or share.
We offer a transparent 14-day refund policy for our learners. If you are unsatisfied with a course purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed or generated a certificate for more than 20% of the course content. Automated PDF invoices and refund receipts will be sent straight to your registered email address.
